Delivery:

Subject to goods being in stock, orders will be dispatched within 4 working days although we will endeavor to dispatch goods within 2 working days. Where ordered goods are out of stock you will be notified and given an estimated delivery date and whether or not you wish to proceed with your order.

Postage costs:

Order value upto £10.00 - Shipping costs £1.00
Order value upto £20.00 - Shipping costs £2.00 
Order value upto £40.00 - Shipping costs £3.00
Order value upto £60.00 - Shipping costs £5.00
Order value upto £120.00 - Shipping costs £8.00

Returns,Damaged & Faulty Goods:

Should you have received damaged or faulty goods please contact us within 14 days of receipt via phone or e-mail so we can arrange a replacement or exchange for goods supplied. This returns policy does not cover special order items such as customised bowls (emblems/initials etc) due to the fact we are unable to resell or return them to the manufacturers. We pride ourselves on customer service and will always try to resolve any issues that may arise during your purchase.
